Mindfulness Meditation

About us

We can often feel like our thoughts and emotions are running away with us. Meditation and mindfulness can help us become more aware of what's going on inside, and find the space to respond more positively to whatever happens in our lives. Share with and learn from other people in the group, and have your questions answered by an experienced and friendly teacher. No experience needed - particularly good for people who think they can't meditate.

About the Teacher:

Charlotte is a local meditation and mindfulness practitioner and teacher, based in Brixton. She first learnt how to meditate in 2011, and has been teaching courses and classes regularly since 2016, having trained within the Triratna Buddhist Community. Charlotte particularly cares about making meditation as accessible as possible for people who would find it difficult to get to an evening class. She runs sessions for organisations supporting South London communities, like Pembroke House and Carers Hub in Brixton.
